We are equipped with portable technology and systems that allow us to provide at-home or onsite dentistry. Our handheld digital x-ray units, custom dental chairs, and wheeled dental units make it possible to thoroughly diagnose and perform dental treatment in different living environments.
Who We Are
Our Background
We solve important dental issues and reduce stress for patients and their loved ones. Our dental team comes to the patient – wherever they are. Our licensed professionals are highly qualified and committed to providing the best care to our patients.
Our Experience
For Senior Living Communities
Enable Dental is trusted by over 300 senior living communities as the preferred dental provider on-site. We serve patients in various stages of the senior living space including assisted living (Al or ALF), memory care, independent living (IL or ILF), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and continuous care retirement communities (CCRC). The geriatric population is at a much greater risk of oral health issues and disease. Left untreated, these issues may lead to unnecessary hospitalizations. Addressing oral health issues upon move-in is critical for all new residents living in a community.
For Rehabilitation Facilities
We offer on-premise dental services for in-patient and out-patient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs. Our participating providers have seen improvements in their success rates and overall patient satisfaction. Oral health issues represent a major issue in a person’s recovery process, and when not addressed, can impact a patient’s treatment success. We work with in-patient treatment programs to provide their patients with comprehensive dental solutions during their stay.
For Special Needs Patients
We have the privilege of having relationships with group homes (Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services – HCBS) that cater to the adult special needs population. We bring our equipment into the group homes, eliminating the need to transport residents to traditional offices that may cause distress to patients uncomfortable in familiar settings and can perform shorter dental procedures without IV sedation that is normally done in oral surgeons’ offices for compliant patients.
Dental care still largely depends on a traditional, brick and mortar model, which does not serve a significant portion of the American population well.
